We are looking for a dynamic Partnership Engagement Manager for a 3-month contract to develop and execute strategic partnerships that drive business growth and enhance our market presence. This role requires a strategic thinker who can identify opportunities, negotiate deals, and build lasting relationships.
As a Partnership Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for identifying potential partners, developing partnership strategies, and managing the full partnership lifecycle from initial contact to ongoing relationship management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure partnerships align with business objectives.
You will also lead community engagement initiatives, manage key stakeholder relationships, and represent our company at industry events and conferences. Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
3+ years of experience in partnership development, business development, or strategic alliances
Proven track record of successfully negotiating and managing partnerships
Strong analytical skills with ability to evaluate partnership opportunities and ROI
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience with CRM systems and partnership management tools
Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously
Knowledge of contract negotiation and legal aspects of partnerships
