Letting someone into your home, whether to clean it or to care for a family member, is a decision built entirely on trust, and most cleaning websites do nothing to earn it. Beklane came to us running two businesses under one roof: residential and commercial cleaning, and a growing care services offering for elderly and vulnerable clients. The site had to make both feel equally serious, answer the trust question before anyone filled out a form, and turn that form into a real, instant quote rather than a black hole.

We designed and built the Beklane website end-to-end, starting with an instant quote flow on the homepage, so a name, contact detail and a short message about the job turn into a real enquiry immediately, not a form that disappears into an inbox.

We organised the service catalog across two clear tracks, cleaning services (Airbnb, commercial, domestic, end of tenancy, pest control) and care services (companionship, meal prep, grocery shopping, household chores), so a landlord booking an end-of-tenancy clean and a family arranging elderly care both land in the right place.

Because trust decides the sale in home services, we built the trust signals directly into the page, insured and vetted-team messaging, eco-friendly product callouts, and real customer testimonials, placed exactly where a first-time visitor is deciding whether to submit that quote form.

Beklane is live today with the instant quote flow taking real enquiries across both cleaning and care services. Customers now book directly off the site instead of chasing quotes by phone, some, like recurring client Sarah, use Beklane for weekly cleaning off the back of the trust-first design we built into every page.
