Pricing property risk properly means knowing the ground it sits on, soil type, bearing capacity, flood exposure, and that data has traditionally lived in a different place than the insurance side of the equation entirely. UBECSIES set out to close that gap: one platform where geological survey data and insurance risk valuation sit on the same interactive map, usable by surveyors drawing land boundaries and insurers pricing coverage, each with their own dashboard and level of access.

We designed and built UBECSIES end-to-end, starting with an interactive geospatial map, satellite and hybrid views, address and coordinate search, and polygon, rectangle and marker tools that calculate land area instantly.

On top of that, we layered real geological data, soil type, bearing capacity, elevation and slope, sourced through an ACGIS integration, alongside an insurance risk valuation layer with colour-coded risk, property density mapping and claim history tracking.

We built role-based dashboards for surveyors, insurance companies, general subscribers and administrators, each seeing only what's relevant to them, plus PDF report generation and tiered pricing with a 14-day free trial on paid plans.

UBECSIES is live serving four distinct user roles with real paid tiers, Professional at $49/mo for surveyors and Enterprise at $299/mo for insurance companies, backed by live geological and insurance data on one interactive map. Surveys that used to mean juggling separate data sources now happen inside a single, role-aware platform.
