The Challenge
Finding a working pharmacy nearby, one with the right medication in stock, at a fair price, from a source you can actually trust, is still a gamble in a lot of places. PharmNow set out to close that gap: an app where people could upload a prescription, browse verified pharmacies near them, and get medication delivered without wondering if it's authentic. The harder problem sat on the supply side, giving local pharmacies a simple way to list stock and pricing in real time, so the app never sends someone to a pharmacy that's already sold out.

Every screen was designed to get a verified medication to someone's door with as little friction as a food delivery order.

What We Did
We designed and built PharmNow end-to-end, starting with prescription upload and verification so a real pharmacist checks every order before it's filled, paired with a medication ordering flow for browsing prescription and over-the-counter stock nearby.
On the supply side, we built pharmacy integration tooling so partner pharmacies can post live availability and pricing themselves, plus fast delivery routing so orders reach the nearest pharmacy with the item actually in stock.
We also shipped an AI health assistant for medication reminders and drug-interaction warnings, and ahead of launch, a waitlist funnel that brought on real partner pharmacies before a single delivery had gone out, so the network was ready the moment PharmNow opened its first city.

The Results
Ahead of its public launch, PharmNow signed up 100+ people to its waitlist and onboarded 50+ partner pharmacies across 15+ cities, entirely pre-launch. The ordering flow, prescription verification and pharmacy dashboard are all live and ready, so PharmNow can open its first city with a real supply network already in place, not an empty app waiting for pharmacies to show up.
